Grainy Oat Milk
There will still be a bit of a grainy texture if you strain without any material to collect the fine particles. To remove any food particles strain through a cheesecloth or large tea bag.
Cherry 5-Spice Syrup
Go to our shop page, and order your own bottle of cherry 5-spice syrup for your own application. Recipe for this to come in the future.
Wet Dough After Mixing
Add more wheat flour until it reaches the desired texture.
Notes

1
For the graham cracker oat milk crush the graham crackers by hand, and add them to a pitcher. Add salt and cinnamon before fully adding the oat milk. Stir to mix everything together, and let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours, ideally overnight.

2
While the oat milk steeps start to batch the graham crackers by combining the wheat & AP flour, sugar, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamon to a bowl. Combine your egg, molasses, honey, and oil in a separate bowl, and combine with your dry ingredients until combined. This should have the texture of moist sand. Leave in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes.

3
As the dough rest turn your oven on to 350, and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. After 20 minutes remove the dough from the fridge, and roll the dough out until its about 1/2in in thickness. Score the dough into squares using a cookie cutter, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Cut immediately after baking, then leave to cool on a cooling rack.

4
Once your milk is ready strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any big particles.

5
To finish your drink, pull yourself a double shot of espresso to your specs [we prefer something that can produce 38g out with a warming spice/ nutty flavor] or 2 oz of bold & rich cold brew. My Sweet Tooth coffee blend is excellent for this application either as a cold brew or an espresso, however any specialty coffee works as well. Add 40g of our cherry 5-spice syrup to a 16 oz cup along with 9 oz of your graham cracker infused oat milk. Mix to combine and add ice. Pour your coffee on top, and sprinkle with your cinnamon sugar to your heart's content.
